Brooks Cooperative Homes owns five low-rise buildings at the Corner of Fifth Line and Sheridan Park Drive in Mississauga. The Co-op has eighty-four two and three bedroom garden homes.

Community recreation rooms, storage space, and shared laundry facilities are in the basements.

All residents over 18 may become members of the cooperative. Each member has one vote, and an equal voice in decision making.
